This is something I notice more and more lately... It´s hard to keep your mind just focussed on 1 thing if there are so many distractions around you. Distractions that you don´t want to let go of.

Just try to change 1 thing a week, it will make your life better!
This reflects my injury for me. I've been injured in my underarms for quite a long time now, and still I can't follow the complete schedule at school. It's hard not to get frustrated, angry and sad about. Look at the things that I can still do in the time that i'm waiting to recover...
